It's different colors for different types of data:
CPU chart:
cyan - user time
orange - system time
green - nice time
Disk chart
cyan - disk read data
orange - disk write data
Colors will change with different themes. Also, you can right click on a chart and play with
positioning the data on the chart by selecting the "inverted" and "Split view" options for an
alternate way of drawing the data on the chart if you want.
Colors are mostly covered in /usr/share/doc/gkrellm/Themes.html and briefly mentioned
in "man gkrellm".
